Located in a picturesque setting, dominated by the surrounding mountains, camping municipal Porto-Ota welcomes you with its 300 shaded pitches on flat land bordered by the river ''Porto''. Direct access (10 minutes walk) to the beach of Porto, at the port for boat trips and village (Porto marine area), you will enjoy your stay in Corsica.

Structure of municipal campsite reception
The municipal campsite of Ota-Porto offers a capacity of 300 pitches on flat ground and shade. Electrical terminals are used to connect your network installation ERDF (European standards provide adapter). Including sanitary hot showers, sinks and toilets are available. For areas designated for tents, parking is located in front of the sites.
There is also a freezer for the refresh of your ice packs, free service at the reception.
Caravan and Motorhome
At the entrance of the camping you will find a service area for camper vans, equipped with a relay terminal euro for filling water (2 euros per 100 liters) or electricity (2 euros for 1 hour connection ).
The cutting height of the foliage is taken into account to allow caravans and motorhomes sit under the trees. Its easy access to the village will give you the opportunity to visit and walk around in peace, leaving your camper parked in the municipal campground.

Camping Porto Ota-City is located on the western coast of the island of Corsica, in the Gulf of Porto, 80km north of Ajaccio, 80 kms of Corte and 80 kms south of Calvi.
Its location in the valley of Porto, near the river, the beach and amenities, makes this site a great place for your vacation.

The small village of Ota and its surroundings
Discover the village of Ota 4 km east of Porto, in the mountains. An imposing rock overlooking the village, as posed in balance at the top of the mountain. This is the crossing point of the trail "tra mare e monti"…
If you continue your journey, you will find the bridge Zaglia dating from the eighteenth century, it crosses Porto with a single arch with grace and majesty. Enjoy a swim in the shallow water there is crystal clear.
Later you will cross two rivers forming Porto, Lonca and Spelunca, two twin bridges called locally, ''two bridges''. This is the starting point of the trail leading to Spelunca Evisa.

Porto, and marine hamlet of the village of Ota
Porto, ancient commercial port for transfer of cultures and citron briar wood to the mainland, became a must in Corsica. The tower houses a permanent exhibition on the shores of Corsica fortification during the Genoese occupation.

Nature Reserve of Scandola and Girolata
Girolata is only accessible by sea and a path from the Col de la Croix on the road D81 or borrowing further south, the trail GR Tra Mare e Monti. The cove of Piana and beaches Ficajola and Arone
The cove of rocks Piana are orange-red that one might think they were cut with an ax and carved with a chisel. These rock formations of granitic origin are drilled cavities, taffoni due to the action of temperature and humidity coupled with the spray from the Mediterranean Sea, strong winds and rainwater gully.
Taking the road from the beach of Arone Piana, you will find a road down to the beach Ficajola, the output Vistale. The first of these beaches is a sandy beach with a slope very low declination. Aïtone Forest
